I have a question about my booking. Can you help?
Unfortunately not: we do not sell tickets and cannot see your booking. Contact the operator on your ticket, P&O Ferries, DFDS or Irish Ferries, or the website you booked with. For delays, check our delays and cancellations page.
Can I travel as a foot passenger?
Yes, but only with P&O Ferries ↗, on three sailings in each direction. The other operators only take travellers with a bicycle or a vehicle. Everything you need to know is on our foot passenger page.
What is the cheapest way to cross?
With a car, usually the ferry: P&O starts at £63 one way and Irish Ferries offers same-day returns from £55. Le Shuttle starts at £59 with a Day Trip fare, but a Standard ticket costs from £124. All fares are on our prices page.
Can I cross with a caravan?
Yes, a caravan goes on the ferry without any problem. On Le Shuttle there are rules for gas bottles. Read more on our caravan to France page.
